The most valued aspect of SG Products is the technical support. The latest release of SG Project Pro 5 is extremely stable and the improved memory management has increased the speed quite considerably. All project plans get communicated to my group and clients automatically. The ability to assign these automatically to resources via email or the drop box is invaluable. The ability to include action items, risk items, and issues are extremely helpful. I am an ex-Microsoft Project (MSP) user and quite frankly find most all the MSP functionality in SGP and more. This has been quite helpful to manage large groups and multiple projects simultaneously. I have been using SG products (SGP) for over a year to manage multiple projects in a product development environment at the Application & Technology Transfer Lab at The Center for Composites Material - UD.
